About

Clean, Delicious, Affordable

Our founder, John, struggled with chronic hypertension and metabolic syndrome for 20 years. It seemed no matter what he tried, these illnesses would persist.

He reached out to a nutrition enthusiast friend that suggested he alter his diet. John started to clean up his diet and, for the first time in 20 years, he started to see a change in his blood pressure and lost 20+ pounds!

To do so, he had to start cooking all of his food, even making tortillas from scratch! He knew he couldn't be the only one on a journey to better health and wellness (nor the only one making food from scratch to eat clean)...

So, on June 28, 2017, Heritage Foods launched in Laramie, WY with a mission to provide clean, delicious, affordable food to the community and nurture a lifestyle of clean eating that fits into your unique schedule.

Since then, the company has grown to service Cheyenne and Northern Colorado and continues to grow while keeping our mission close to our hearts and infused into the food.
